59 Dexta...
I took these pictures the day I bought my Dexta.
It barely ran, leaked terribly, and was gutless.
A previous owner had resorted to ether to start it.
Note: I often refer to this unknown idividual as the "ether goober."
The glow plug was burned out, both it and the fuel primer were not hooked up.
The lift would not raise enough to lift the double disk harrows that came
with the tractor. I had to simply drag the harrow on the trailer.
The steering was loose, spindles worn, and front center pivot
pin very, very loose. This "Baby" was a project!
